Excellent service, they provide a free parking and free Wi-Fi. The rooms are extremely spacious and generally offer an individual safe, air conditioning, and a mini bar. The breakfast includes appetising food, such as croissants and cakes. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant.

The breakfast is plentiful with a good variety of food, and staff provide exceptional customer care, there is also onsite parking available.

Quite isolated. 20-30 min. to the beach with an 8 seat van on a dusty road. Nothing in walking distance - a car is a must.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel, especially the lobby area. The use of local stone and green Mediterranean flora created a beautiful and tranquil atmosphere. The hotel was also easily accessible for senior people, with well-maintained pathways and ramps throughout the property.

The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is better assistance from the staff. Sometimes, it felt like the children working there didn't understand our needs or provide the level of service that we expected.

Beautifull rooms and a free shutlle service to the beach.

This place offers peaceful surroundings, great service, an incredible hilltop location, elegant atmosphere, friendly and efficient staff.

The hotel is perfectly clean with a lovely design and incredible views. It has a beautiful location right by the Costa Smeralda and the surrounding area. - the staff was attentive and always available. - This was a really nice stay during my vacation.

The staff during the late check-in was not helpful. We asked for extra blanket and they refused to bring because it was too late.

The hotel was just next door to a beautiful outside garden and very attentive staff. Costa Smeralda and the nearby Liscia Ruja beach are within easy reach. - Liked having an individual safe, air conditioning, and a mini bar in the room. - the atmosphere created at Petra Bianca was elegant.
